Suggested use

As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (1 tablet) no more frequently than every 4 hours. Do not exceed 2 servings 2 tablets) in any 24 hour period.

Warnings

This product is only intended for use by healthy adults 18 years of age or older. Each serving contains 200 mg of caffeine. Limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, food or beverages while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasional rapid heartbeat.
